綠卡持有者的已婚子女無法獲得親屬移民簽證；There is no immigration visa for married sons or daughters of LPRs.
祖父母，叔父，姨妈，侄子侄女，以及法律上的亲属关系无法获得親屬移民签证；Grandparents, aunts, uncles, in-laws, and cousins cannot sponsor a relative for immigration；
綠卡持如果合并申請了F2類別中的配偶和子女移民，后又成為公民，在升級后需要單獨提交子女的移民申請；If you upgrade a family second preference (F2) petition for your spouse and you did not file separate petitions for your minor children when you were a LPR, you must do so now. A child is not included in an immediate relative (IR) petition.
